Whenever you provide any order information, we use SSL technology to make sure that it is "encrypted," or, scrambled, so that no one else can read it while it is being transmitted over the Internet. Uxbridge PowerSports does its best to comply with all applicable laws to protect your privacy. We do not share your information with anyone.

Uxbridge Powersports reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy Statement at any time within the boundaries of United States Laws.

Shipping Policy

www.goldwingcycleparts.com (herein "Uxbridge Powersports") reserves the right, without notice, to limit ordering items or refuse service to any customer. All order terms will be Credit Card through our secured website with accepting Discover, MasterCard and Visa OR money order OR certified bank check. Money orders and Bank checks must clear - usually 3 -5 business days. We also accept paypal: jf@thehab.com.

Domestic Shipping Charges are based on charges incurred from USPS or UPS.

Shipping Charges for International shipments to Canada and Mexico will be adjusted to actual freight at the time of invoicing. International shipping charges are almost always USPS mail. You will be notified of method of shipping.

We send email notifications with tracking numbers for all orders that ship UPS. Smaller and lightweight items on international orders may ship USPS - a delivery confirmation number will be sent to you.

International orders do not include Customs, Duty and VAT fees that you may be charged. These amounts may be substantial and are you the Buyer's responsibility. Any refused orders based on customs and duty fees will not be refunded. WE DO NOT FALSIFY CUSTOMS FORMS - PLEASE DO NOT ASK.

Return of Merchandise numbers will be used and the returned merchandise must reach Uxbridge Powersports within 14 days after the original ship date to the buyer. Uxbridge Powersports will not accept the return of or issue refund for any merchandise more than 14 days after the original ship date to the buyer. Electrical parts are not returnable.

Uxbridge Powersports will only accept the return of merchandise with RMA numbers (return authorization merchandise) provided that it is not consumer damaged, that it is returned in its original packaging and that all of its parts, components and accessories are included. Any evidence of installation or damage will disqualify refund. Uxbridge Powersports has final determination of such installation or damage.

Uxbridge Powersports will not accept any shipment of return merchandise that is consumer damaged, not in its original condition, which is not returned in its original packaging or that does not have all of its parts, components and accessories included. Such merchandise will be returned to the buyer without credit. We do not issue credit for shipping charges or any handling fees, VAT or Customs tariffs.

Uxbridge Powersports will notify the Buyer once the returned merchandise has been received and processed. Any refund due to the Buyer will be made within 30 days of the date of receipt of the merchandise returned, in the same form of payment originally used to purchase the accessories or repair part.
